The inside letters are made in alternating gold and copper to make them stand out from the silver field. The finished piece will be a western buckle that is guaranteed to shine for a lifetime.
People in the western industry have a streak of rugged individualism and they want an award that is unique to them. Real Cowboys and Cowgirls don’t want mass a produced trinket that any wannabe can pick out at a store. That is why our western buckles offer endless options for customization. Better yet, we don’t charge you any extra to change up our buckles. That means no nickel and diming our customers for every little change. Why should you pay extra because you aren’t satisfied with what the herd likes? Letters, motifs, background color, stones, you choose what you like, and we get it made. We are dedicated to offering the best price and the most options on all of our buckles. We are absolutely dedicated to creating awards that exceed our customer’s expectations.
The custom buckle is hand sculpted by elite silversmiths, incorporating traditional talents honed through generations, and cutting edge technology. The shape of the buckle is first carved out of the base metal.
Exercising painstaking and exacting care, they will cut each letter, floral, and design, one by one. Once assured the work is of the highest quality, sterling silver, gold and copper are electroplated onto the veneer. The trophy buckle is then sent off to be polished, where a thin protective layer is pored over it that prevents tarnishing for a lifetime. It’s then sent to the jewelers to have the stones set for the finishing touches. The buckle is then ready to be shipped off to the customer.
